[ Force AI · Human-Machine Mission Command ]

Force AI makes autonomous forces commandable.

Autonomous systems are entering the fight faster than humans can command them. Force AI builds the layer that closes the gap: one operator who can see the mission, direct machines from any vendor within delegated authority, and prove afterward exactly what happened.

CAPACITY < PROLIFERATION

The future fight will not be short on machines. It will be short on command.

Picture a watch floor at 0300: the smartest officer on deck, staring at eleven screens that do not talk to each other. Billions of dollars of sensors and shooters, reduced to swivel-chair speed. Adding operators does not scale. Adding autonomy without authority is how a force loses control of its own fight. The bottleneck is command itself: understanding, direction, constraint, recovery, and assessment across machines that share neither a vendor, a network, nor a domain.

[ 03 / The Commander Loop ]

10 STAGES · ONE HUMAN

One human. The complete loop.

01Observation

Every feed and source, admitted with its rights and lineage intact.

02Battle State

One picture of the fight, with its uncertainty drawn in rather than hidden.

03Intent

What the commander means, made precise enough for machines to act on.

04Courses of Action

Options with costs and consequences, not suggestions.

05Authority

Identity-bound and delegated. Every action carries who allowed it, and how far.

06Tasking

Coordinated action across heterogeneous systems, bounded by that authority.

07Outcome

Acknowledgement and effect, observed rather than assumed.

08Assessment

Did it work, measured against intent rather than against the plan.

09Replan

Adapt, retask, or hand back to the human. Recovery is part of the loop.

10Record

A sealed mission record that replays independently. Proof, not narrative.

Operator authority remains in the loop

Force composes with the sensors, networks, autonomy stacks, and prime systems already in the fight. It does not replace them. It owns the loop that commands them.

STARHELM — SPACE / ALL-DOMAIN

[ Current Spear ]

Starhelm

A contested-space mission-command system. STARHELM maintains an uncertain battle state, translates human intent and delegated authority into bounded tasking, observes outcomes, replans, and preserves a reproducible mission record.

It runs a signed, replayable mission loop today. It is not yet production-composed or externally accepted — and this site will say so until it is.

RECEIPT-BOUNDED

The claims carry their own qualifiers.

Most sites in this industry round up. Ours is bounded by receipts: each statement below says what it is, and what it is not.

RCPT / A

Public Selection

Force AI was publicly named among 29 solutions selected from more than 300 submissions under the Space Force AIS STTR Phase I solicitation for autonomous cislunar space-domain awareness.

Selection is not an executed award, notice to proceed, or revenue.

RCPT / B

Active Pre-Award

An assigned SpaceWERX Contract Specialist opened pre-award review of the selected proposal, and Force answered the Government's full pre-award request. The formal agreement remains pending.

No work is performed and no funding is assumed before executed authority.

RCPT / C

Technical Foundation

STARHELM has run its typed nine-stage mission loop end to end in a recorded local run: authority decisions, execution history, outcomes, and replanning, with cryptographic replay and tamper detection.

Local evidence is not deployment, acceptance, or production validation.

HOW WE OPERATE

01 · Compose, Don't Displace

The fight already has systems. We command them.

Force integrates the sensors, autonomy stacks, and prime systems a customer already fields, and owns the commander loop above them. Every dependency gets a withdrawal-safe fixture.

02 · Authority Is Attributable

Every action traces to an identity, a delegation, and a bound.

Governance is not a leash on the machine — it is what earns the machine its autonomy. Authority is granted explicitly, narrows as it delegates, and is never implied by capability.

03 · Proof Over Promise

A record replays independently, or it is not a record.

Claims ship with receipts. Numbers carry their sample size. The mission record is sealed, tamper-evident, and reproducible by someone who does not trust us.

FORCE AI, INC.

Build the command layer with us.

Force AI was founded and is led by Josh Sarles. The company is deliberately small: a founder, a working system, and a bench that activates on executed paper rather than press releases. We are recruiting the people who can own the next release — platform, integration, and operator performance.

For mission partners, technical evaluators, investors, and exceptional builders: one email starts a focused conversation.
